Alhamdulillah, on 20 December 2025, Greentech Apps Foundation (Greentech) and the Huntingdon Muslim Community formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together in supporting Muslims in the local Huntingdon area, United Kingdom.
This partnership aims to make the collection and distribution of Sadaqah, Zakat, and interest (riba) disposal funds more transparent, compliant, and effective, while fully adhering to UK charity regulations and Islamic guidelines.
Purpose of the Partnership
The main goal of this MoU is to establish a clear and trustworthy process for managing charitable donations intended for Muslims in need within the Huntingdon community.
By combining:
- GTAF’s experience as a registered UK charity, and
- The Huntingdon Muslim Community’s local knowledge and outreach,
The partnership ensures that donations reach the right people in a responsible and well-documented manner.

This partnership reflects a shared vision: supporting local Muslims with dignity, accountability, and care. By working together, GTAF and the Huntingdon Muslim Community aim to ensure that charitable giving truly benefits those who need it most.
