You can keep the top and bottom bars permanently visible by adjusting your settings. Please follow these steps:
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner
2. Tap on Settings
3. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section and find Fixed top-bottom and navigation bar
4. Enable the option: Fixed top-bottom and navigation bar by tapping on it
