About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team across multiple departments, including Accounts, Human Resources, and Marketing. This is a hands-on internship designed for business graduates or final-year students seeking practical experience across multiple core business functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The intern will work closely with department managers, gaining real-world exposure to financial operations, HR processes, digital marketing, and modern business tools — making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to kick-start a well-rounded career in business.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts by processing and standardising financial data. 
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records. 
  • Support in the preparation and compilation of monthly financial reports and present them to the stakeholders on time. 
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records and documentation.

Human Resources

  • Support the HR team in facilitating smooth employee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and initial setup assistance
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior HR personnel when necessary
  • Maintain and update accurate employee activity records in HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Marketing

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Support content creation for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage and update marketing databases and CRM tools.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports for review

Requirements

Educational

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expertise

  • Self-driven, Motivated and Goal-oriented
  • Basic understanding of core business functions, including financial and accounting concepts, human resource management, and marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation tasks.

Salary

12,000 BDT (Monthly)
