With the vision and mission in mind, we have been focused on building user-friendly mobile applications since our journey began in 2015.

About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for our mobile applications. You’ll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with Muslim communities globally while maintaining cultural sensitivity and Islamic values. You’ll lead cross-channel campaigns, optimise user acquisition funnels, and build meaningful partnerships within the Muslim community.
Goals & Responsibilities
- Achieve a 50% increase in monthly user acquisition across our apps within 6 months.
- Establish brand presence and consistency in our global target market.
- Improve product feature awareness among our target group.
- Support the CMO in building annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with product roadmaps and user growth targets
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across different media.
- Closely work with Product, Engineering and Customer support teams to gather user insights and enhance GTM strategies
- Run experiments and iterate often with proven strategies and effective data analysis.
- Report on KPIs: installs, activation, retention, engagement, referral growth, and mission impact
- Lead and mentor copywriter, visual designer, and creative content developer while managing stakeholder feedback

Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or any other field.
- You have 1-2 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year managing integrated digital campaigns.
- You have run marketing experiments and gained some results.
- You have a proven success in product marketing and feature launches for apps or software.
- You have closely dealt with or communicated with your customers.
- You have the proper creative sense and aesthetic understanding.
- You understand the value of the Brand and how to establish brand consistency across marketing campaigns.
- You are excellent at writing and speaking, both in Bengali and English;
- You can communicate with storytelling and emotional intelligence.
Good to Have
- Experience in marketing faith-based or education apps, or working with Muslim community organisations
- Familiarity with Islamic etiquette in communications and ethical storytelling
- Experience with influencer collaborations (imams, du’at, educators) and partnerships with masajid, schools, and nonprofits
Salary
50,000 – 75,000 BDT per month
