About the Role
We’re looking for a Visual Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — all while staying true to Islamic values. You’ll oversee the full production process, using creative storytelling, AI tools, and editing techniques to deliver impactful, faith-driven content. If you have a keen eye for visuals, a strong sense of pacing, and a passion for meaningful storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and value-adding images and various forms of videos tailored for different social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, ensuring content aligns with Islamic principles and values
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to create promotional content (image and video) that supports campaigns, new feature launches, and ongoing initiatives.
- Keep up with current industry trends in graphic design and video editing, tools, viral formats, and creative storytelling methods within Islamic rulings
- Must know when and how to incorporate AI tools to generate relevant images and videos throughout the process
- Take charge of the full video production process — from planning and shooting to editing — with an eye for strong storytelling and visual impact.
- Apply techniques in lighting, composition, and camera movement to craft visually compelling scenes
- Enhance videos using basic computer graphics (CG) and simple visual effects to better communicate ideas
- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva or equivalent video editing software
- Possesses a strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and flow that keeps viewers engaged
- Utilise foundational knowledge of cinematography, including shot composition and lighting setup
- Bring a passion for faith-driven, meaningful storytelling and a desire to create content that inspires and uplifts
- Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines

Requirements
Educational
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Expertise
- Self-driven, motivated, and Goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proficient in English.
- Ability to engage and communicate with empathy and patience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for the organisation’s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact
Must have
- Previous experience in promotional design and video content production
Location
Remote (Based in Bangladesh)
Salary
42-55k BDT (Depending on expertise)
