  1. Allah is Near You

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ ١٨٦

Meaning: “When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way˺.” [Surah Baqarah, 2: 186]

Allah says in the Quran: 

قَالَ لَا تَخَافَآ ۖ إِنَّنِى مَعَكُمَآ أَسْمَعُ وَأَرَىٰ ٤٦

Meaning: ‘[Allah] said, “Fear not. Indeed, I am with you both; I hear and I see.”’ [Surah Taha, 20: 46]

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدْعُونِىٓ أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِى سَيَدْخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِينَ ٦٠

Meaning: ‘And your Lord says, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.’ [Surah Ghafir, 40: 60]

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ٦

Meaning: “And when those come to you who believe in Our verses, say, “Peace be upon you. Your Lord has decreed upon Himself mercy: that any of you who does wrong out of ignorance and then repents after that and corrects himself – indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.” [Surah An’am, 6: 54]

  1. For the Believers there is Eternal Paradise

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ ٨٢

Meaning: “But they who believe and do righteous deeds – those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.” [Surah Al Baqarah, 2: 82]

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ ٤٦

Meaning: “And those who have believed and done righteous deeds will be in lush regions of the gardens [in Paradise] having whatever they will in the presence of their Lord. That is what is the great bounty.” [Surah Ash Shura, 42: 22 ]

Allah says in the Quran: 

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ ١٥٣

Meaning: “O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allāh is with the patient.” [Surah Al Baqarah, 2: 153]

Allah says in the Quran: 

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَٰتٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُهْتَدُونَ ١٥٧

Meaning: “Those (The patient) are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.” [Surah Al Baqarah, 2: 157]

Allah says in the Quran: 

قُلْ يَـٰعِبَادِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ رَبَّكُمْ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا۟ فِى هَـٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌۭ ۗ وَأَرْضُ ٱللَّهِ وَٰسِعَةٌ ۗ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى ٱلصَّـٰبِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍۢ ١٠

Meaning: ‘Say, “O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good, and the earth of Allāh is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without limit.”’ [Surah Zumar, 39:10]

Allah says in the Quran: 

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌۭ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْـًۭٔا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تُحِبُّوا۟ شَيْـًۭٔا وَهُوَ شَرٌّۭ لَّكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ٢١٦

Meaning: “Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allāh knows, while you know not.” [Surah Al Baqarah, 2: 216]

  1. Allah does not Burden a Soul with More than Its Capacity

Allah says in the Quran: 

لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا ٱكْتَسَبَتْ ٢٨٦

Meaning: “Allah does not burden a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned.” [Surah Al Baqarah, 2: 286]

  1. Allah is Your Guardian and Helper

Allah says in the Quran: 

بَلِ ٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلنَّـٰصِرِينَ ١٥٠

Meaning: “But no! Allah is your Guardian, and He is the best Helper.” [Surah Ale Imran: 150]

Allah says in the Quran:

وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ١٣٩

Meaning: “Do not falter or grieve, for you will have the upper hand, if you are ˹true˺ believers.” [Surah Ale Imran, 3: 139]

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٢٨

Meaning: “those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.” [Surah Ar Rad, 13: 28]

  1. Istigfar Averts the Punishment of Allah

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَأَنتَ فِيهِمْ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ مُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ ٣٣

Meaning: “But Allah would not punish them while you, [O Muḥammad], are among them, and Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness.” [Surah Anfal, 8: 33]

  1. Allah’s Mercy Encompasses Everything

Allah says in the Quran: 

۞وَرَحْمَتِى وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَىْءٍۢ ۚ فَسَأَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ١٥٦

Meaning: “but My mercy encompasses all things. I will ordain mercy for those who fear Me, pay Zakat, and believe in Our revelations.” [Surah Al A’raf: 156]

  1. If You Believe in Allah and Do Righteous Deeds, Allah will Admit You into His Mercy

Allah says in the Quran: 

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَيُدْخِلُهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْمُبِينُ ٣٠

Meaning: “As for those who believed and did good, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is ˹truly˺ the absolute triumph.” [Surah Jathiyah, 45: 30]

  1. If You Put Your Trust in Allah, He Will be Sufficient for You

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ ۚ  ٣

Meaning: “ And whoever relies upon Allāh – then He is sufficient for him.” [Surah At Talaq, 65: 3]

  1. Success Comes Only From Allah

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَمَا تَوْفِيقِىٓ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِ ۚ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ ٨٨

Meaning: ‘He (Shuaib AS) said, “And my success is not but through Allāh. Upon Him I have relied, and to Him I return.”’ [Surah Hud, 11: 88]

  1. Repent to Allah and He Will Forgive Everything

Allah says in the Quran:

قُلْ يَـٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٥٣

Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” [Surah Zumar, 39: 54]

  1. Allah’s Help Will Come in Due Time, So Be Patient

Allah says in the Quran: 

أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوْا۟ مِن قَبْلِكُم ۖ مَّسَّتْهُمُ ٱلْبَأْسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلْزِلُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ مَتَىٰ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصْرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌۭ ٢١٤

Meaning: “Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, “When is the help of Allāh?” Unquestionably, the help of Allāh is near.” [Surah Baqarah, 2: 214]

  1. Allah Forgives Much of Your Misfortunes You Cause to Yourself

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَمَآ أَصَـٰبَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٍۢ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُوا۟ عَن كَثِيرٍۢ ٣٠

Meaning: “Whatever affliction befalls you is because of what your own hands have committed. And He pardons much.” [Surah Shura, 42: 30]

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍۢ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌۭ ١١٠

Meaning: “And establish prayer and give zakāh, and whatever good you put forward for yourselves – you will find it with Allāh. Indeed Allāh, of what you do, is Seeing.”  [Surah Baqarah, 2: 110]

  1. Allah Can Relief You from Any Situation, So Despair Not

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَلَا تَا۟يْـَٔسُوا۟ مِن رَّوْحِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يَا۟يْـَٔسُ مِن رَّوْحِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ ٨٧

Meaning: “…and despair not of relief from Allāh. Indeed, no one despairs of relief from Allāh except the disbelieving people.” [Surah Yusuf, 12: 87]

  1. Allah Can Relief You from Any Situation, So Despair Not

Allah says in the Quran: 

وَٱصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Meaning: “And be patient! Certainly Allah does not discount the reward of the good-doers.” [Surah Hud, 11: 115]
